It's as simple as that. Aesthetics MUST comply with the communication standards of Ethos, Pathos, Logos to be effective. The persona, target audience, and your brand can say many things about you in phenomenal ways...the potential customer is the ultimate critic, and consciously and unconsciously MUST understand what they see to be affected...and ultimately make that choice to choose you as their partner.
